We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your
item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,
unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Presenting a valid receipt or
proof of purchase is obligatory. As such, customers are kindly advised to retain and
present an original receipt when seeking to initiate a return or exchange.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as
instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first
requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is
not Saudi Arabia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue
and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers,
or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and
personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for
hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have
questions or concerns about your specific item. In addition, any claim that the purchaser
makes regarding purchased items’ condition should be reported within three Business
Days from the date of the delivery. Any delay in reporting an issue or damage in the
purchased items will be nulled and void if not reported within the given period of time (3
Business Days from delivery).

The burden of proving the existence of any defect, damage, imitation, or fraud in the
sold item always falls on the buyer. The sold item is originally sound and has no defects,
and whoever claims contrary to the original must prove that.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that are on SALE or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is by returning the item you have
received/purchased, and making a separate purchase for the new item once the return
is accepted.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union,
you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and
without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need
the receipt or proof of purchase.

When returning or exchanging the product, the carton and packaging materials must be
in their original condition, and the carton of the sold item or product must not have been
opened or used, and it must have all its contents and be accompanied by all original
documents.
If there is a gift on the purchase order, it must be returned with the device or the sold
item, and if all attachments are not returned, the replacement or return request will be
rejected. In the event that a purchased product is returned or replaced with a discounted
price or offer, only what the customer paid will be refunded.
In the event that the customer wishes to exchange or return the product even though
there is no manufacturing defect, the customer will only be allowed to do so within the
period of 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
If the customer opens the product carton:
The consumer does not have the right to exchange or return the sold part or device if
the device box is opened or the device is used as shown in the following cases:

  • If the nature of the commodity, its characteristics, or the way it is packed or packaged
    prevents or changes it from being replaced or returned or makes it impossible to return
    it to the condition it was in at the time of the purchase.
  • If it is not in the same condition as it was at the time of sale due to a reason attributed
    to the consumer.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the
refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your
original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some
time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
It is known that if payment is made through an external intermediary, this intermediary
will be responsible to the customer for returning the paid amounts in accordance with
the terms and conditions of the external payment platform.
